Chris began giving pastoral presentations to parents—in the school for whom he worked—on the realities of academic pressure and pastoral trends in adolescents. This lead to other schools requesting the presentations and, here we are.

Chris’ experience in education has been predominantly in Pastoral Care roles, both in Middle and Senior Leadership. He has worked extensively in boys’ education, running professional learning workshops on the topic of boys and well-being as far as Canada, at the 2016 International Boys’ School Coalition Conference.

For the past 5 years Chris has held Senior Leadership roles in both all boys and co-educational Catholic schools. The last four of those years as a Deputy Principal.
